What is included in the all-inclusive package?
Our all-inclusive package cover the venue, seating, tables, linens, china, decor, officiant, and a dedicated wedding coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly. Many add ons are available.
How can I schedule a tour of the venue?
You can schedule a tour by contacting us via phone or email. We are happy to accommodate your schedule to show you around.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a fee.
Are there any restrictions on decorations?
We allow most decorations but ask that you consult with our coordinator to ensure they align with venue guidelines. For example, to protect the forest and to comply with fire restrictions at some times of the year, we only allow battery operated candles except for unity candles used during the wedding ceremony.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, you can bring your own vendors. However, we also offer a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venue.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies?
In the case of rain, we have other options, depending on the size of your guest list. Please ask about options at the time of your booking.
